This charming 5 minute short was inspired by the work of Chuck Jones and his animated Warner Bros shorts of the 1950s such as "What's Opera Doc" and "The Rabbit of Seville." Made during David's first semester at the USC School of Cinematic Arts, The Silver Baron went on to win "Best Silent Film" at the International Student Film Festival and played at numerous other film festivals around the world.
